Avalon Heating & Air – Jacksonville, FL (Remote)

Avalon Heating & Air is looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media & SEO Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both content creation and data-driven marketing, and is excited to learn and grow within the HVAC industry.

???? What You’ll Do
- Create and publish content across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- Nextdoor
- Develop engaging graphics and videos using tools like Canva and CapCut (Company provided)
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms
- Route customer inquiries to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers
- Track and analyze performance using Google tools (analytics, insights, trends)
- Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and reach
- Regularly review performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and content quality
- Collaborate with the team while working independently on daily tasks
- Submit daily updates on completed work and progress

???? What We’re Looking For
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google marketing tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Creative thinker who can generate fresh content ideas
- Willingness to learn the HVAC and electrical industry
- Open to taking on additional responsibilities and adapting as needs evolve

Additional Requirements:
- Must be highly detail-oriented, especially when creating or reviewing AI-generated content
- Must understand how to use GPT effectively for content ideas, captions, research, and workflow support
- Must be able to review AI-generated text, images, and video concepts for quality, accuracy, brand fit, and professionalism
- Must not rely on AI without checking for errors, awkward wording, incorrect information, or low-quality output
- Must communicate daily through Zoho Cliq
- Must provide updates, completed task summaries, and questions through the proper Zoho communication channels

* MUST have Reliable internet and power source, high quality video and audio for internal communication. *
