JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a video editor to cut clips from long-form content for Wanner ---------- on X), an established brand in the faceless YouTube education space

This is hourly work to start, flexible hours, with strong potential to grow into full-time as we scale

The work:
We send you long-form videos (interviews, podcasts, testimonials, YT videos). You turn them into clips, both short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form repurposes

You need to know what makes a clip actually work: how to find the hook, how to keep viewers watching, how to highlight the result or the ---------- nt that hits

Who we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of why content works (hooks, retention, pacing, story)
- Skilled at picking the right ---------- nts from long-form content
- Fast turnaround. Speed matters a lot to us.
- Excellent communication. Fast replies, clear updates, no ghosting.
- Reliable, consistent, and able to scale hours when we need more

Pay: starting at $4/hour

It's an interview with Paul, one of our students who hit $40K/month with YouTube Automation. Your job is to turn this long-form interview into a short clip (or multiple clips) that is an interesting clip we can share on socials. In this case, we'd prefer to have Paul talking about his results
