JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
Tier1 Clicks Marketing is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role focuses on engaging leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable building rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities
-Contact leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to schedule appointments.
-Qualify prospects and identify potential client needs before booking meetings.
-Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
-Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system.
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified meetings are booked.
-Meet or exceed appointment-setting and outreach KPIs.

Requirements
-Fluent in English
-Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
-Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-Comfortable handling objections and engaging prospects.
-Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
-Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $5/hour
Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to $500/month based on KPIs.
Schedule: Tentative and may vary depending on operational needs and campaign requirements.
Location: Remote.
