Job Title: Klaviyo Email Designer (Ecommerce – Pet Brand)

We are a fast-growing, family-owned, veteran-owned dog brand focused on helping owners build stronger relationships with their dogs through responsible ownership.
We sell consumable pet products and are focused on scaling both content and retention marketing.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Designer who can design and build high-converting emails directly inside Klaviyo.
This is not just graphic design — we need someone who understands email layout, mobile optimization, and ecommerce conversion.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Design and build email campaigns directly in Klaviyo
- Create clean, mobile-first email layouts
- Turn basic direction (offer + messaging) into polished emails
- Maintain consistent brand look and feel across emails
- Optimize layouts for readability, clicks, and conversions
- Set up reusable templates for faster execution
- Assist with flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, etc.) as needed

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
- Proven experience building emails inside Klaviyo
- Strong understanding of mobile-first email design
- Experience with ecommerce brands (consumables preferred)
- Ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics
- Clean, organized layout style (not overly complex)
- Fast turnaround and strong attention to detail
- Good written English and communication

NICE TO HAVE (PREFERRED)
- Experience with pet or dog brands
- Experience with subscription or repeat-purchase products
- Basic understanding of email marketing strategy
- Familiarity with flows and segmentation in Klaviyo

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Emails are clean, easy to read, and mobile-optimized

- Ability to execute without constant back-and-forth

COMPENSATION
- Rate: $5–$9/hour USD, based on experience and skill
