About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced administrative assistant with apartment/property management background to support the VP with daily operations and supervision across multiple properties. This role requires someone organized, responsive, and able to keep things moving during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities:
Respond to leads
Post/manage apartment listings (Marketplace, social media)
Track leads, applications, and leasing activity (Google Sheets)
Assist with tenant communication and follow-ups
Upload and organize documents (IDs, applications, verifications)
Maintain daily updates, notes, and reporting
Support basic marketing and admin tasks
Requirements:
Strong English (written and verbal)
Apartment/property management experience required
Comfortable working an overnight PH schedule
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and fast response time
Proficient in Google Sheets and online tools
