Job Description
We are a Dutch marketing agency focused on helping local businesses generate more leads. Our clients care about real results such as quote requests, showroom visits and contact inquiries.
We are looking for a Google Ads specialist who is highly data-driven and focused on performance.
Your role is to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation. You will improve cost per lead, increase the number of leads and scale campaigns that perform well.
You work based on data. You analyze campaigns, run experiments and continuously optimize. When you see opportunities, you act on them. If campaigns perform well, you proactively suggest increasing budgets.
You will work with Dutch campaigns. Our team will support you with translations and ad copy, but you are responsible for testing what works.
You also think beyond campaigns. If you see issues or opportunities in landing pages or tracking, you flag them and help improve results.
Key responsibilities
Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Improving cost per lead and increasing conversions
Scaling campaigns that perform well
Running tests and analyzing performance data
Working with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Identifying opportunities and proactively improving results
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience with Google Ads
Experience with lead generation campaigns, not only e-commerce
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven optimization
Experience with GA4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of conversion tracking and the value of conversions
Experience with Looker Studio is a plus
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and strong ownership
