JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Support Specialist to join our growing wholesale operation. This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who already understands wholesale, can move quickly, and takes ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do:

Execute daily sales support tasks with speed and accuracy
Work extensively in Excel (product lists, pricing, data organization)
Communicate clearly with vendors, buyers, and internal team
Help manage high-volume product offers and sales activity
Keep operations organized, efficient, and moving forward

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):

Fluent English (clear, professional communication required)
Minimum 2+ years of wholesale sales experience
Strong Excel skills (you should be comfortable working with data daily)
Ability to work full-time PST hours without exceptions
Reliable computer and fast, stable internet
Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
