JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a powerhouse Operations Manager to own the backend systems and communication architecture of our organization. We're not looking for an assistant to take orders. We're looking for a systems-driven leader who identifies gaps, builds automations, and manages the operational gears so our CEO can focus entirely on high-level vision and growth.

THE ROLE — Automate | Communicate | Facilitate
Your mission is to install operational certainty. You'll have primary decision-making authority over our internal workflows and partnership onboarding.
System Architecture. Maintain and optimize our GoHighLevel ecosystem and build complex automations using Zapier so our systems run on their own.
Communication Lead. Independently manage internal team comms and external partner relationships. No lead or partner is ever left without a response.
AI Integration. Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to drive maximum efficiency in content and operations.
Strategic Reporting. Track profitability, partner data, and operational KPIs to give the CEO actionable insights.

REQUIREMENTS
Not an Assistant. You're a confident reasoner who believes your opinion and experience matter. You execute independently.
GHL & Zapier Expert. Deep technical understanding of GoHighLevel and Zapier logic.
The Owner Mindset. You take raw vision from the CEO and turn it into a documented, working system.
English Proficiency. Native-level written and verbal English required for high-stakes partner communication.
Tech Stack. Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Canva.

COMPENSATION & SHIFT
Salary: $1,000–$1,200 USD per month (depending on experience).
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (US Business Hours).
Stability: Long-term role with the opportunity to build and lead a support team within 12 months.
