About Bristow & Hardy
Bristow & Hardy is a UK marketing agency that works with recruitment businesses. We run social media, LinkedIn, and content marketing for around 30 clients. We need a reliable remote VA to help us deliver that work day to day.

The role
Most of the strategy and content for our clients is already done. Your job is to get it sent for approval, scheduled, and tracked.

It's a remote, part-time role at 42 hours per month (about 10 hours per week). Hours can grow as we take on more clients.

What you'll do
- Sending posts for client approval via Teamwork (around 16 hours per month)
This is the biggest part of the role.
- Upload 75 posts per week to Teamwork (graphics, captions, client tags)
- Add a comment requesting client approval
- Track which posts are approved and which are still pending

LinkedIn outreach (around 11 hours per month)

- Send connection invites to prospects we give you
- Personalise the messaging using our templates
- Let us know when someone replies or shows interest

Client communication and follow-up (around 5.5 hours per month)

- Chase client approvals via Teamwork (around 15 minutes per week)
- Send weekly "Your Posts This Week" emails with live post links to all 30 clients
- Keep records of what's been sent and when

Scheduling posts in Buffer (around 5.5 hours per month)

- Schedule content we've already approved
- Keep posting consistent
- Tell us if anything looks off

Community engagement (around 3 hours per month)

- Post 3 thoughtful comments per week on behalf of 5 clients (15 comments total)
- Follow the comment guidelines we provide
- Keep engagement authentic and on-brand

Admin (around 1.6 hours per month)

- Create UTM tracking links using our templates

Extra hours
We've built up to 18 extra hours per month into this role for busier periods and one-off jobs. You should be happy to take on more when we need it.

What you need

- Good written English
- Experience using Buffer or something similar
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach
- Careful with details. No typos. No broken links.
- Able to work on your own without much chasing
- Some working hours that overlap with the UK

Nice to have

- Previous experience in a social media role (ideal, as this is an admin role focused on social)
- Experience using Claude and Claude Cowork (preferred). If you've used it, please share examples of what you've done with it.
- Some understanding of the recruitment industry (most of our clients are recruiters)
- Some knowledge of UTM links and Google Analytics
- Experience working with more than one brand or client
- Basic Canva skills

The details

Hours: 42 per month, with room to grow to 60 in busy periods
Rate: $6 per hour USD
Location: Fully remote
Start: As soon as possible
