About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Title Searcher to support U.S. title search operations across New Jersey.
This is a high-accuracy, deadline-driven role. You will be responsible for completing title searches independently, following client-specific instructions, and consistently meeting strict turnaround times.
We are looking for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential title searches: Record Owner, 2 Owner, Full, and Developer
Review and analyze:
Deeds
Mortgages
Liens
Judgments
Tax records
Navigate county websites and public record systems
Prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized title search reports
Follow client-specific requirements and formatting standards
Meet turnaround times consistently:
Record Owner: 24–48 hours
Full / Developer: 3–5 business days
Proactively communicate issues, gaps, or questions
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience performing U.S. title searches
Strong working knowledge of:
Deeds
Mortgages
Liens
Judgments
Experience navigating county public records systems
High attention to detail (critical for this role)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Strong written English communication skills
