You must have solid knowledge of marketing funnels. We need someone who understands how to design ads for every stage — top of funnel (awareness), middle of funnel (consideration), and bottom of funnel (conversion/retargeting). If you don't know what these funnel stages are or how ad creatives differ between them, please don't apply.
What you'll do:
Design ad creatives in Figma for full-funnel campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Create retargeting ads, awareness ads, and conversion-focused creatives
Work from briefs we provide and deliver on-brand visuals
Handle revisions and feedback rounds
What we're looking for:
Strong proficiency in Figma
Real understanding of funnel marketing and how creative changes per stage
Experience designing ads for social media (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
A good eye for modern fashion/streetwear aesthetics
Fluent English (all communication will be in English)
Portfolio showing previous ad/funnel work is required
