JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Full-time long form video editor for YouTube Automation business.
• Must be able to edit 2 videos per day, each 8+ minutes long.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Scripts, voice-over tools, and most assets/guidance are provided.
• Can start ASAP.
• Comfortable completing a short trial task (1-minute video with provided voiceover).
• Must provide age when applying.
• Applicants without a relevant portfolio will be ignored.

IMPORTANT:
Starting pay is $500/month, with potential increase to $600/month based on performance and quality. Payments are sent bi-monthly (every 1st and 16th) via invoice system through Wise. This is a long-term, stable full-time role.

Role Overview:
• Edit long form YouTube videos for automation channels with a target output of 2 videos daily.
• Focus mainly on editing, storytelling, retention, and keeping videos engaging.
• All scripts, voice-over tools, and most production guidance are already provided.
• Successful trial applicants will be added to the main editing team for ongoing work.
