JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We're a growing digital marketing agency in Perth, Australia looking for a technical specialist to build and manage AI-powered SMS and chat automation systems inside GoHighLevel for our clients across trades, health, real estate, and professional services.
This is a hands-on implementation role. You will be setting up real systems that generate replies, bookings, reviews, and reactivated leads — not advising on strategy.
What You'll Be Building:

AI SMS chatbots inside GoHighLevel and CloseBot that qualify and book leads
Database reactivation campaigns for cold and inactive leads
Speed-to-lead automations for Meta and website enquiries
Website chatbots for lead capture and qualification
Review generation and reputation management workflows
After-hours call handling with SMS follow-ups

You'll Need:

Hands-on experience building AI SMS or chat bots that book appointments (not just using snapshots)
Understanding of speed-to-lead logic, intent-based routing, pipelines, triggers, and tagging
Ability to troubleshoot and optimise systems independently without being told what to fix
Experience with database reactivation campaigns is a strong plus
