We’re hiring a senior paid media specialist who knows how to grow ecommerce brands, not just manage ad accounts.
This role is for someone with strong hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads for Shopify stores, with a proven track record of scaling budgets, increasing sales, and maintaining profitable performance as accounts grow.
We want a real operator — someone who can build, optimise, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns across multiple ecommerce clients while staying focused on growth and commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce clients
Run and improve Shopping, Performance Max, Search, YouTube, dynamic product ads, prospecting, and retargeting campaigns
Set up and maintain Shopify product feeds, pixels, CAPI, catalogues, audiences, and conversion tracking
Monitor account performance daily and make proactive changes to improve ROAS, CPA, MER, and revenue
Test creatives, landing pages, offers, audience structures, and bidding strategies
Work with our team on growth strategy, reporting, and account opportunities
Identify performance issues early and fix them fast
Stay on top of changes across Meta, Google, Shopify, tracking, and attribution
What We Need From You
5+ years of strong hands-on paid media experience
Proven experience running ads for Shopify ecommerce brands
Deep working knowledge of Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads across prospecting, retargeting, dynamic product ads, and creative testing
Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, pixel setup, CAPI, product feeds, attribution, and conversion tracking
Proven ability to scale ecommerce ad accounts to larger budgets and higher sales volumes
Strong English and the ability to communicate strategy, results, and recommendations clearly
Able to work independently, think critically, and take ownership of results

You Must Be Able To Show
The largest monthly ad budget you have personally managed
Examples of accounts you have scaled to bigger budgets and bigger sales volumes
How you increased spend while maintaining or improving performance
The actions you personally took to drive growth
Clear understanding of the commercial side of ecommerce performance, not just platfor ---------- trics

Bonus If You Have
Experience with Klaviyo or email/SMS retargeting integrations
Experience managing multiple ecommerce brands or agency clients
Strong understanding of profitability, contribution margin, and customer acquisition economics

This Role Is For You If
You care about growth, revenue, and profitable scale
You know how to spot wasted spend quickly
You can confidently manage larger budgets without losing control of performance
You can explain results clearly without fluff
You’ve genuinely helped ecommerce brands grow

This Role Is Not For You If
You’ve mainly worked in lead gen and only touched ecommerce lightly
You rely heavily on platform recommendations without real strategic thinking
You struggle with tracking, feed issues, or attribution
You’ve maintained campaigns but have not genuinely scaled budgets and sales

Why Join Us?
100% remote work
Paid sick days and annual leave
Performance-based incentives and regular pay reviews
Loyalty bonus for long-term tea ---------- mbers
Career development and upskilling opportunities
Collaborative and supportive digital team culture

How To Apply
Please send your resume and include real examples of accounts you have scaled.
In your application, tell us:
the largest monthly budget you have personally managed
the largest ecommerce sales volume you have helped support through paid ads
what platforms were involved
your starting budget vs scaled budget
the revenue outcome
your ROAS / CPA / MER before and after
exactly what you did to help achieve that growth
Applications without clear examples of scaling budgets and revenue may not be considered.
