About the Client:
We are a high-performance marketing agency based in Munich, Germany, currently building our CRO department from scratch. We work with a diverse range of eCommerce brands—from smaller shops needing foundational trust and AOV improvements to large-scale brands doing €10M+/year where every data-driven change has a massive revenue impact.
About the Role:
We are looking for an eCommerce CRO & Landing Page Optimization Specialist (Shopify & Magento) who thinks in revenue, not just aesthetics. We value impact over job titles; whether you are a highly-motivated Junior or a seasoned Senior, we care about your ability to explain strategy, execute tests, and move the needle on CVR and AOV.
This role is unique: You will manage client eCommerce stores across different platforms, primarily Shopify and Magento, while also working internally on our B2B funnels (Lead magnets, VSLs, and booking pages). We want a "solution-bringer" who helps us define the tech stack and processes for this new department.
You will be responsible for:
- eCommerce CRO: Optimizing PDPs, listicles, advertorials, and checkout flows to increase Revenue per Visitor across Shopify and Magento stores.
- B2B Optimization: Improving internal funnels for lead opt-ins and booked meetings.
- Strategic Communication: Recording clear Loom audits to explain the "why" behind your optimizations.
- Data-Driven Testing: Moving from hypothesis to test to iteration.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Shopify & Magento Experience: Hands-on experience working with at least one (ideally both) platforms.
- Conversion Focus: Proven results improving CVR, AOV, or funnel metrics.
- Psychology & Design: Understanding of buying psychology and modern Western design standards.
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to prioritize tasks based on revenue impact, not just "looking pretty."
- Tech Versatility: Experience with page builders, CRO tools, bundling solutions, and heatmapping tools (you tell us what’s best!).
