Level Next Consulting is a San Diego-based digital marketing agency. We act as the marketing department for service-based businesses — coaches, consultants, attorneys, and local businesses. We're a tight team of 9 and we're growing.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically capable specialist to handle the setup, integration, and optimization of client accounts across analytics platforms and social media. This is the kind of work that makes everything else our team does possible — clean data, working pixels, properly optimized profiles.
What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to person for getting new clients fully set up and integrated. Specifically:
Analytics & Tracking Setup
Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Install and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM) — including event tracking, conversion tags, and pixel installations
Set up and verify Google Search Console
Install tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.)
Connect analytics tools to client websites (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
Troubleshoot tracking issues and verify data is flowing correctly
Social Media Account Setup & Optimization
Create, claim, and verify business profiles on
Optimize profiles fully — cover photos, profile photos, bios, links, business info, categories, hours
Connect Instagram and
Set up YouTube channel art, descriptions, playlists, and basic SEO
Optimize
Integrations
Connect social accounts to scheduling tools (we use Vista Social)
Integrate accounts with reporting tools and CRM systems
Set up automation connections via
Bonus: Social Media Management (if you have experience)
Light social media management — scheduling content, basic engagement, light community management
This isn't required, but it's a big plus and could mean more hours
Who You Are
2+ years of hands-on experience setting up GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console
Comfortable working inside Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio
You've installed tracking pixels on multiple website platforms before
Detail-oriented — you double-check your work and verify everything fires correctly
Strong written English communication
Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
Self-directed — once you understand the task, you can run with it
Nice to Have
Experience with Vista Social,
Canva skills for creating cover photos and basic graphics
Social media management experience
Familiarity with SEO tools (Search Atlas, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
Google Business Profile optimization experience
