Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Advertising Strategist who is fluent in English, highly organized, creative, and results-driven. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in running paid ad campaigns, managing social media, and growing an online audience for a service-based business.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (CT) Work Environment: Fully remote (reliable internet required)
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar across
• Create engaging content — graphics, carousels, videos/reels, educational posts, and service highlights
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies for the company website
• Write and publish regular blog articles targeting mental health search terms
• Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile for local search visibility
• Build and manage
• Identify and pitch referral partnerships with schools, churches, doctors, HR departments, and EAPs
• Track and report on weekly KPIs — website traffic, ad performance, lead conversion, and cost per client acquisition
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, posts, ads, and marketing materials
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, or similar) to enhance content creation, copywriting, and campaign ideation
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve ad targeting, optimize performance, and streamline marketing workflows
• Perform additional duties as assigned within scope
Training:
Limited training will be provided for all responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Experience with digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media management
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High-speed, reliable internet connection
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools preferred
