JOB OVERVIEW

We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, experienced Amazon DSP Specialist to join our team and help manage and scale DSP campaigns across our client portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

Building, launching, and optimizing Amazon DSP campaigns end-to-end (standard display, OLV, STV, retargeting, audience-based)
Managing campaign pacing, budgets, frequency caps, bid adjustments, and creative rotations across multiple client accounts
Setting up full-funnel DSP strategies — from awareness (in-market, lifestyle audiences) through retargeting (views, purchases, lookalikes)
Pulling and organizing performance reports — tracking ROAS, DPVR, NTB %, reach/frequency, eCPM, and other key DSP metrics
Monitoring campaigns daily for pacing issues, delivery problems, creative fatigue, and audience saturation
Working with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) audiences when applicable
Communicating findings and recommendations to our Head of DSP and contributing to client-facing reporting
Executing bulk uploads and campaign builds efficiently at scale
Staying current on DSP platform updates, new features, and best practices

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:

2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing campaigns inside the Amazon DSP console (not just boosted Sponsored Display — actual DSP seat experience)
Strong understanding of DSP campaign architecture: Orders, Line Items, Creatives, audience targeting, frequency caps, pacing, and supply sources
Experience with retargeting, in-market audiences, lifestyle audiences, and competitor/category conquesting
Ability to diagnose delivery issues (under-pacing, audience sizing, frequency cap conflicts)
Comfortable pulling and analyzing DSP reports and translating data into optimization actions
Reliable internet connection with backup, and a quiet dedicated workspace
Available to work during US Eastern Time hours (full or significant overlap)
Strong written English communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) — running queries or using AMC-powered audiences
Familiarity with OLV (Online Video) and STV (Streaming TV) campaign types
Experience using bulk upload sheets in DSP
Background with third-party DSP tools (Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, etc.)
Experience with Amazon Attribution or incrementality measurement
Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) experience in addition to DSP

Why Work With Us

Learn from the best. You'll report directly to a former Amazon DSP team lead who managed campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world. This is a real mentorship opportunity, not a "figure it out yourself" role.
Work on serious accounts. Our clients are established 7–9 figure Amazon brands with real budgets, not small sellers spending $500/month.
Growth opportunity. We're scaling our DSP practice and the right person will grow with us — more accounts, more responsibility, more skills.
Stable, long-term role. We're not looking for project-based freelancers. We want someone who wants to build a career with us.
