JOB OVERVIEW

Prolific Lux Motors LLC is a flatbed and step deck trucking carrier based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are hiring an experienced trucking dispatcher to manage daily operations for our fleet. This is NOT an entry-level role we need someone who already knows the trucking dispatch world.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EDT/EST). This is approximately 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time. Non-negotiable our drivers and brokers operate on US hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY
- Morning driver check-ins on all assigned trucks (Slack + Dialpad)
- Send Start-of-Day report at 8:30 AM EDT
- Scan load boards for spot loads
- Negotiate rates with brokers
- Read and verify rate confirmations carefully (tarp requirements, accessorials, payment terms)
- Sign rate confirmations in Highway and direct broker portals
- Enter loads into TMS with correct details
- Communicate dispatch instructions to drivers
- Submit carrier packets to new brokers
- Collect POD/BOL from drivers after delivery
- Submit completed loads to OTR Solutions for factoring
- Chase detention and accessorial payments from brokers
- Send End-of-Day report
- Friday weekly dispatch summary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years experience as a US trucking dispatcher
- Hands-on experience with at least one TMS (Alvys, McLeod, AscendTMS, TruckLogics)
- Experience with DAT or Truckstop load boards
- Comfortable making outbound calls to US brokers
- Strong written English (broker emails are part of the job)
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for phone calls

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Read a rate confirmation accurately and identify EVERY special requirement (especially tarp, accessorials, detention rates)
- Calculate rate per mile and deadhead percentages quickly
- Negotiate rates without giving away margin
- Track multiple loads simultaneously without missing details
- Communicate proactively, we do not chase our dispatcher for updates

- Proactive — you flag issues before they become problems
- Honest — you own mistakes immediately, you do not hide them
- Reliable — when you say you will be online, you are online
- Professional in writing — brokers judge our company by your emails

DEAL-BREAKERS (please do not apply if any are true)
- No prior US trucking dispatch experience
- Cannot commit to 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
- Currently dispatching for another carrier (conflict of interest)
- Uncomfortable making outbound phone calls

COMPENSATION
- $7 to $11 USD per hour depending on experience
- Paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
- Performance bonus opportunity after 90 days
- Paid sick leave after 90 days
- 90-day probationary period with formal review at day 30 and day 90
