JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We're a Dutch email marketing agency working exclusively with D2C Shopify brands. We build fully customized Klaviyo flows and campaigns (no templates, ever) and drive on average 35% of our clients' revenue through email, SMS and WhatsApp. Small team (5), fast pace, scaling hard this year.

The role
You're the operational backbone between our designers and our accountmanager.

Two main areas:
1. Klaviyo uploads (?70% of your time)
Once a design is approved, you take over. You build the email in Klaviyo, set it up correctly (links, segmentation, UTMs, mobile preview, deliverability checks), QA it, and hand it to the accountmanager ready to send. Accuracy matters more than speed — one broken link in a campaign costs the client real money.

2. Sales support for our director (?30%)
You help qualify inbound and outbound leads: research Shopify brands, check fit against our ICP, enrich lead data, prep call notes. You're directly supporting the CEO here — what you deliver lands on his calendar.

This is a varied role. You'll switch between ops work and sales support multiple times a day. If you need a single, predictable task list to function, this isn't for you.

Who you are
You can hold multiple balls in the air without dropping any. Switching between a Klaviyo build and a lead research task at 2pm doesn't faze you.

You own your output. If something's unclear, you ask once, then go. You don't wait to be told twice.

You hit deadlines. When you say it'll be done by EOD, it's done by EOD.

You communicate in clear, direct English (written + verbal).
You're available full-time, 10:00–18:00 CET, Monday to Friday. No side gigs, no second jobs.

Requirements
- Full-time availability during CET working hours (hard requirement)
- Strong written English
- Comfortable learning new tools fast - we have SOPs and video training, but you need to run with them
- Reliable internet + workspace
- Klaviyo experience is a plus, not required, we'll train you.
- Attitude and accuracy matter more.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in an agency, e-commerce, or email marketing environment
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or any ESP
- Lead research / sales ops experience (LinkedIn Sales Nav)
