JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a highly skilled researcher and outreach specialist to help identify and secure remote opportunities in the real estate sales & marketing and property management space. Specializing in Linkedin recruiting is a plus.

About Me:
I am a real estate agent and marketing consultant based in The Bahamas, specializing in:

Airbnb & short-term rental marketing
Property management growth
Real estate sales and international client acquisition

Your Responsibilities:

Research remote job opportunities and companies in real estate, Airbnb, and property management
Identify companies that could benefit from Bahamas market expertise
Send customized outreach messages and applications
Track all leads, applications, and responses
Follow up consistently

Requirements:

Strong English communication
Experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or cold email
Ability to think strategically (not just apply blindly)
Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus:

Experience working with real estate or marketing agencies

Goal:
Your main goal is to generate qualified opportunities and book calls with companies that need real estate marketing or Bahamas market expertise.
