We run paid creative for some of the fastest-scaling 8-figure brands in health, beauty, and supplements. Our ads are the reason these brands profitably spend six figures a day on Meta and TikTok. Creative is the lever that decides whether a brand wins or dies in this space — and we need another editor who actually gets that.
This isn't a "cut to the beat, add a transition" job. The editors who win here understand why a hook works at second 2 vs second 5, why one VO read converts and another flops, and how to keep a 30-second ad from leaking attention at every cut.
What we're building
TrendScale's clients are scaling spend month over month because the creative prints. We're testing 40+ concepts a week across the roster, and the bottleneck right now is volume + quality of edits. The editors who close feedback loops fast and ship winners get more reps, more bonus, and a real shot at growing into a Creative Strategist seat.

What you'll do
Cut 15 ad concepts/week across multiple health & supplement brands
Lead with the hook — your job is to stop the scroll in 1.5 seconds, then keep them watching
Mix UGC, AI b-roll, motion, screen recordings, and stock to build punchy DR ads
When something hits, ship 5 variants of it the same day
Close feedback loops in hours, not days
Who I'm looking for
You've cut DTC ads before — health, supplements, or beauty is a big plus
1,000+ hours doomscrolling TikTok and IG. You spot the format before the trend reports do
Pacing and storytelling > everything. If your reel leads with transitions and effects, this isn't your role
Fluent with AI tools — Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney for hooks, b-roll, fake UGC. "I've used ChatGPT" doesn't count
You can read a script and feel the emphasis, the cuts, the vibe — English nuance matters here
You take blunt feedback well. We move fast and we're direct
Don't apply if
