JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Repair Disputing Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the credit repair process, is highly organized, and can follow structured workflows with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

-Review client credit reports and initiate disputes on all applicable accounts
-Execute dispute rounds based on company strategy and workflow
-Update client statuses according to their current dispute round
-Document all actions and maintain accurate client records in Credit Repair Cloud
-Send internal team updates after each client action, including:
-Dispute results
-Status changes
-Notable outcomes (for marketing/social media use)
-Follow dispute timelines and ensure consistent client progression
-Communicate with the team regarding updates, escalations, or issues

Requirements
-Prior experience in credit repair disputing (REQUIRED)
-Familiarity with Credit Repair Cloud or similar platforms
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems/processes exactly
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
-Comfortable working with screen monitoring software (REQUIRED)
-Must be responsive and available during scheduled working hours

Work Schedule & Pay
-Part-Time: 20 hours per week
-Pay Rate: $7/hour
-Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
-Hours: Monday/Wednesday & Friday 10-3pm Eastern

Monitoring Requirement:
-Work must be completed with active screen monitoring
-Hours without monitoring will not be compensated
-Training
-2 days of unpaid training

Training includes:
-Company dispute process
-Workflow expectations
-System navigation within Credit Repair Cloud

Important Notes:
This is a process-driven role — accuracy and consistency are critical
You must be comfortable with performance tracking and monitoring
Only serious applicants with relevant experience should apply
