JOB OVERVIEW

We are migrating safety-critical worker profiles from the UK Rail Sentinel database to our private management system. This role requires extreme speed, multitasking, and absolute precision. We are looking for "Power Users" who maintain a high-efficiency workstation.

Hardware Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

* Triple Screen Setup:* You must have at least three monitors (e.g., Laptop + 2 Monitors or a 3-Desktop Monitor setup). This is essential for managing the source database, destination system, and communication tools simultaneously.
*High-Speed Internet:* Minimum 25 Mbps with a stable backup connection.
*Compensation (Output-Based):*
We pay for results and efficiency. Top performers in this role earn significantly above the local hourly average.
*$0.40 USD* per Initial Profile Migration (Est. 5 mins).
*$0.10 USD* per Monthly Maintenance Update (Est. 1 min).
*Weekly Payouts* processed via Wise.

*Quality Control & Accuracy Policy:*
Because this data involves rail safety, there is zero room for error.

* Accuracy Penalty:* To ensure high standards, a deduction of *$0.80* (2x the initial entry rate) will be applied for every inaccurate profile (e.g., wrong date, typo in name, or missed competency).

*Training:* We provide a brief paid trial/training period where these penalties are waived while you learn the system.

*Requirements:*
* Native or near-native English proficiency.
* Proven experience in high-volume data migration/entry.
* Exceptional multitasking skills (managing multiple databases across screens).
* High reliability for ongoing, daily work.
