Hiring a DTC lead static designer for my 7-figure ecommerce brand. Statics for paid social, website/funnel, and email.

Requirements

- Have worked with an ecommerce brand before (preferably in the health/supplement niche)
- Strong grasp of direct response design — hierarchy, contrast, readability on mobile, and knowing what makes a thumb stop
- You understand that a static ad is a message first and a design second. I don't care how pretty it looks if the hook isn't landing
- Comfortable designing across formats: Meta feed/story ads, landing page sections, email headers and modules
- Figma (bonus) or Photoshop
- High level of English
- Freelance (contract role)
