About the Role
With your experience in Australian accounts, you will support a portfolio of Australian clients with day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance, working within well-documented systems and processes. You won’t be left to figure things out alone — support, templates, and guidance are part of how we work. Ongoing training to support you in your role and further develop your skills. This training is a structured program including an initial 4 week onboarding training and ongoing weekly training.
This full time role suits someone who enjoys structure and high level of accuracy and attention to detail, but also appreciates being part of a team that learns together.
Your Role
-Managing bookkeeping for Australian clients using Xero
-Processing accounts payable and receivable
-Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
-Preparing BAS and supporting compliance reports
-Producing financial reports (P&L & Balance Sheet)
-Develop a working relationship with clients
-Working within Navigata365 workflows and templates
-Contributing ideas to improve processes over time
Must have all of the following listed below for this role:-
-3–5+ years with current bookkeeping experience with Australian accounts
-3 years experience using Xero and must be Xero certified
-Experience with preparing BAS, GST, and reconciliations
-Strong written and spoken English
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
-Exposure to management reporting or payroll
-Experience using documents management such as Hubdoc

Compensation & Benefits
-75,000 PHP per month (depending on proven experience)
-Long-term, full-time Independent Contractor role
-Australian (Victoria) public holidays
-12 days annual leave
-6 days sick leave
-2,500 PHP monthly health insurance allowance
-Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours (with flexibility)
