GTM and AI Engineer
SalesSourcers · Remote · Full-time
We're hiring a rare hybrid: half growth operator, half builder. Someone who can spin up a Clay workflow before lunch and ship a Cursor-built internal tool by dinner. If you treat outbound like an engineering problem and AI like a coworker, keep reading.
What you'll actually do
Build, test, and scale outbound and lead-gen systems that don't suck
Architect lead lists from scratch — sourcing, enriching, scoring, and segmenting in Clay (and whatever else gets the job done)
Identify and operationalize buying signals: job changes, funding rounds, tech-stack shifts, hiring patterns, intent data
Stand up automations across the full GTM stack — CRM, sequencer, enrichment, dialer, reporting
Build internal tools, integrations, and lightweight apps with Cursor + Claude — think AI-powered list scoring, deal-hygiene bots, dedupe pipelines, custom dashboards
Turn messy CSV exports and half-broken Zapier flows into clean, observable systems
Partner with sales leadership to translate "we need more meetings with X" into shippable infrastructure
Keep the team honest with data — no vibes-based pipeline forecasts
What you bring
2+ years in a GTM, RevOps, growth engineering, or sales engineering role at a B2B company
Clay obsession — not "I've used Clay," but "I've built tables that do unhinged things"
Hands-on with the modern outbound stack: Apollo, Smartlead / Instantly, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, and friends
Comfortable in code — JavaScript or Python, plus working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and basic data modeling
You've shipped real things using Cursor and Claude (or similar AI-native dev tools) — not just toy projects
You've built actual integrations — connected two systems that didn't talk to each other and made them behave
Strong instinct for buying signals and how to weaponize them at scale
You think in funnels, edge cases, and unit economics
Bonus points
You've worked at a sales agency, outbound-heavy SaaS, or a PLG-to-sales-led company
You can prompt-engineer your way out of most problems
You've built custom GPTs, MCP servers, or AI agents that do real work
Why this seat is worth taking
Real ownership — this isn't a "one of fifteen RevOps analysts" gig
Direct line to the founder; your work will shape how the company operates
Budget for tools, AI subscriptions, and the gear you need to ship
Remote-first, async-friendly, output-driven
A company that's actually growing — not "growing"
How to apply
Send all of the below to
A 1-minute video explaining why you're a fit — start it by saying "bananas." No bananas, no review.
A short note on the most interesting GTM system you've built — Clay table, automation, internal tool, anything
A GitHub link, Loom, or anything that proves you ship
Your favorite buying signal and how you'd act on it
