The Role
We’re hiring a part-time Outbound Sales & Client Relations VA to help us build relationships with architects, designers, and luxury residential developers — and keep our pipeline full. This is not a cold-calling script job. This is relationship-building, personalized outreach, and smart follow-up with high-end professionals who appreciate being approached with care and professionalism.
You’ll start at 20 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the business scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Researching and identifying target prospects — architects, interior designers, luxury home builders, and developers in the high-end residential market
• Sending personalized outreach
• Following up consistently and professionally with warm leads
• Maintaining and updating our CRM with contact history, project notes, and follow-up schedules
• Flagging warm leads and active project opportunities to the owner immediately
• Coordinating with our Bidding Specialist to hand off qualified leads and share client intel
• Drafting professional client communications and correspondence on behalf of the owner
• Assisting with invoicing and client follow-up as the role grows
Bonus Skills We’d Love
• Experience with marketing, content creation, or graphic design
• Ability to create marketing materials such as brochures, project flyers, and capability decks showcasing our work
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Social media management or portfolio presentation experience

Details
• Hours: 20 hours per week to start
• Rate: $6.50–$8.00/hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Flexible, with availability for a regular check-in with the owner
• Location: Remote / Work from home
