**About Us**

We are an Australian construction and labour hire company supplying skilled formwork carpenters, concreters, and riggers to major projects across Western Australia. We are building a high-performance outbound team and need a driven Business Development professional to generate new client opportunities.

**The Role**

This is a high-volume outbound calling role. Your job is simple: call construction companies, find the decision-makers, and book meetings for our director. That's it.


**What You'll Be Doing**

- Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to construction companies
- Identify decision-makers (Project Managers, Site Managers, Procurement)
- Introduce our services clearly and confidently
- Book qualified meetings for the director
- Follow up leads consistently
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
- General C-suite support and day-to-day tasks

**This role is about: Activity. Consistency. Results.**

You are responsible for creating pipeline and opportunities.

You are NOT responsible for closing deals, negotiating contracts, or managing clients long-term. Your job is getting meetings booked and pipeline flowing.

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**

- Confident, clear spoken English
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Resilient — able to handle rejection and keep going
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, or high ticket transactions/sales

**Preferred**

- Experience calling Australian businesses
- Construction or labour hire industry exposure
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.)

**Pay & Incentives**

- $5AUD per hour (based on experience, English proficiency, and industry background)
- Performance bonuses for meetings booked and attended
