JOB OVERVIEW

Read this whole ad before applying. We have hired several VAs for this exact task and most could only find general info@ emails and main phone numbers. That is not what we need.

If finding a named person's direct work email is hard for you, this role is not a fit, and that is fine. We would rather you skip it than waste both our time.

About us
We are an NDIS Supported Independent Living provider on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We have a pre-built list of 60+ Support Coordination and Plan Management businesses. We need someone to enrich it with named individual staff and their direct contact details. This data is the foundation for our sales outreach, so accuracy is everything.

What this job actually requires
This is deep contact research, not surface searching. The hard part, and the reason we are hiring, is finding the individual work email of a named person. You must be comfortable with:

- Working LinkedIn properly: finding the right people at a business by job title, not just looking at the company page
- Using your own ---------- and ---------- (or similar) subscriptions to find and verify individual emails
- Revealing emails hidden behind Cloudflare obfuscation
- Cross-checking a contact across multiple sources before you trust it
- Knowing the difference between a verified email and a guess, and never passing a guess off as verified

If you have used Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach, Snov, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator before, say so in your application and tell us which.

The deliverable

A completed Excel file (we provide the starting file) with these columns filled for as many businesses as possible:

- Business name (already populated, do not change)
- Contact name (full name of a Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, Manager or Director)
- Role / title (their exact job title)
- Phone (direct mobile if listed, else main business number)
- General email (the company ---------- ---------- ----------
- Individual email (the person's direct work email: this is the key field)
- Suburb / location (already populated)
- Service areas (already populated)
- Website (already populated)
- Notes (LinkedIn URL, specialty, language spoken)
- Source (exactly where you found each contact: website URL, LinkedIn URL or directory link)

For each business, find 1 to 3 named contacts. We most want: owner or director, senior or specialist support coordinator, and intake coordinator (the person who handles new referrals).

Priority order: businesses marked "Y" in the Verified column first, then businesses with a named contact already listed, then the rest.

Where to look
- Provider websites (team, about, contact pages), LinkedIn, ABN Lookup ( ---------- ), NDIS Provider Finder ( ---------- ), ---------- .

Quality standards

- Names spelled and capitalised correctly
- Australian phone format: 0X XXXX XXXX, mobiles 04XX XXX XXX
- Emails lowercase
- A source URL for every single contact added
- Never invent an email or phone number. If you cannot verify an email, leave Individual email blank and write "needs verification" in Notes
- If a business looks shut down, write "BUSINESS APPEARS INACTIVE, verify" in Notes
- Manual research only. No paid lists, no scraping tools
- LinkedIn only for social. No Facebook or Instagram
- Data collection only. Do not contact anyone on this list

Pay and time
Roughly 60 businesses at 10 to 15 minutes each, so 10 to 15 hours of work. Rate: $200AUD for the project.

Strong performers will get ongoing work, we run these lists regularly.

In your application, give us: the person's name, role, their individual email, and a one or two sentence explanation of exactly how you found and verified it (which tool or method).
- Tell us which email-finding tools you have used.

We will judge applications almost entirely on step 2. If you can find one real verified individual email and show us how, you have the job.
