We’re looking for a **Cebu-based**, proactive, and AI-savvy Growth Associate to support outbound marketing, cold outreach, and partnerships across our businesses.

We’re especially looking for Cebu-based talent who are highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setup.
**What you'll do;
- Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, and AI research (150–500 leads/week)
- Write and send personalized cold
- Manage
- Book qualified demos and prepare pre-call briefs for founders
- Conduct BD outreach to Philippine solar suppliers (in English, Tagalog, or Cebuano).
- Maintain CRM with clean data and accurate pipeline tracking
- Build and maintain AI workflow SOPs in Notion
- Ship weekly EOW (End of Week Reports via Loom reports with metrics and learnings.
**Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in VA, marketing, lead generation, or outreach
- Previous B2B cold
- Strong written English communication skills
- Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable doing outreach and follow-ups.
- Can write and communicate in Tagalog or Cebuano (for LakaSolar supplier outreach)
- Available full-time (40 hours/week)
