We are hiring a Head of Business Development to build and lead client acquisition for our US recruiting firm.
This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone with strong direct hire / permanent placement sales experience in US healthcare recruiting. You will be responsible for building outbound strategy, running discovery calls, closing new client agreements, and managing a small business development team.

We work on a 25% direct hire fee model with a 60-day guarantee and operate as an AI-first recruiting company using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Manatal, and Claude
What You’ll Do
- Build outbound campaigns targeting US hospitals, behavioral health groups, and healthcare networks
- Run discovery calls with healthcare executives including VPs of HR, COOs, CMOs, and CHROs
- Negotiate and close direct hire fee agreements
- Hire, manage, and develop your BD support team
- Own pipeline performance, team execution, and monthly reporting to the CEO
- Help build an AI-augmented business development engine that scales
What We’re Looking For
- 6 to 10 years of experience in US healthcare BD, executive search, or direct placement sales
- Proven track record of personally closing permanent placement / direct hire agreements
- Experience generating and closing recruiting fee revenue you built yourself
- Strong discovery call and negotiation skills with US healthcare buyers
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Hands-on familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Manatal, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude, or ChatGPT
- Excellent business English, written and spoken
- Comfortable working permanent night shift
