JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE READ THIS JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY - this job is not for everyone.

Who We Are

Southshore Fine Linens is a fast-growing bedding brand with over 3,500 SKUs across Amazon, Shopify, and wholesale channels. We operate at scale—and we are serious about growth.
We are not hiring a Virtual Assistant.
We are hiring an Amazon operator who understands ranking, search intent, and
conversion. A long-term employee who wants the stability and growth and understand it only comes with performance and results.

What This Role Really Is

You are responsible for one thing: GROWING LISTINGS.

Not maintaining them. Not “updating when asked.”

You will:
Diagnose why listings are not ranking
Use data to fix them
Execute improvements
Track impact
If you’ve used DataDive to reverse-engineer ranking and build listings around keyword clusters — you will thrive here.

What You Will Own:

Listing Optimization & Ranking Strategy

Build and optimize listings using DataDive-driven keyword clustering
Write titles, bullets, and descriptions based on search intent—not guesswork
Identify ranking gaps and fix them

Keyword & Market Analysis

Use DataDive, Helium 10, or similar tools to:
Identify high-value keywords
Analyze competitors
Track ranking movement

Catalog & Variation Management

Fix broken parent-child relationships
Optimize variation structures for ranking and conversion
Merge/split listings when needed

Listing Health & Issue Resolution

Resolve suppressed listings and compliance issues
Handle hijackers and listing conflicts
Work with Seller Support when required

Content & Conversion

Collaborate with the design team on images and A+ content
Improve CTR and conversion rate through better visuals and copy

Performance Ownership

Track:
Keyword ranking
Conversion rate
Listing health

Report weekly with insights and actions—not just data
Non-Negotiable Requirements

3–5+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
Direct experience using DataDive – (HELIUM 10 Experience will NOT substitute for DataDive).
Strong understanding of:
Ranking factors
Keyword clustering
Listing SEO
Variation structures

Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs minimum)
Strong written English

Who This Is NOT For

Task-based Virtual Assistants
People who wait for instructions
Anyone who has not used DataDive or similar tools deeply
Who You Are

 You:

Understand how listings rank—and why they lose ranking
Can look at a listing and immediately spot what’s wrong
Use data, not opinions
Take ownership of results
What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)

Listings rebuilt using DataDive insights
Ranking improvements on target keywords
Broken catalog structures fixed
Clear increase in visibility and conversion

How to Apply (IMPORTANT)

 Send:

Your resume
Screenshot of a DataDive analysis you performed
A short breakdown:
What was wrong with the listing
What you changed
What result you achieved

Applications without this will not be considered.
 Work Schedule
Time Doctor Set up is Mandatory and any manipulation with softwares or other means is automatic grounds for termination
 Full-time role
Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST)
