???? About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Repair VA who is already experienced in handling disputes using Client Dispute Manager.
You will be responsible for managing client disputes, organizing accounts, and helping us maintain fast and high-quality results for our clients.
? REQUIREMENTS
MUST have proven experience using Client Dispute Manager (CDM)
Strong understanding of:
Credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
Dispute rounds (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
Identity theft / inaccurate account disputes
Experience writing or generating dispute letters
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Strong communication skills
???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage disputes inside Client Dispute Manager
Handle multiple rounds of disputes (1st–5th rounds)
Review credit reports and identify negative items
Upload and organize client documents
Maintain accurate notes and client records
Work with tea ---------- mbers to ensure fast turnaround times
