We are not looking for someone to "manage social media." We are looking for four sharp marketers who can execute across a portfolio of real, revenue-generating companies in mental health, medical tourism, equine-assisted therapy, and wellness. What You Will Actually Do
You will execute digital marketing, social media, faceless YouTube content, and brand design across multiple companies. You will plan content, ship it, measure it, and improve it. You will not just post. You will help build audiences and pipelines.
Who You Are
You have run social accounts that have grown. You have worked on a YouTube channel and can prove it. You design clean assets in Canva or Adobe without supervision. You edit a video that holds attention. You understand SEO, paid ads on Google and Meta, and you read analytics like a native language. You handle multiple brands without dropping the ball, and you make decisions based on data, not vibes.
Non-Negotiables
You work the graveyard shift. You have a quiet home office, fast and stable internet, your own computer, and noise-cancelling headphones. You are available immediately for full-time work. You are comfortable with the pay range above.

How to Stand Out
The candidates who have wowed us in the past did more than answer questions. They sold themselves like they sell brands. If you want to get our attention, send us:
- A portfolio link with real work you actually shipped (channels, accounts, ad campaigns, design samples, edited videos).
- A short marketing video pitching yourself the same way you would pitch a client. Show us your hook, your editing, your personality.
- Screenshots or case studies with real numbers. Followers grown, views earned, leads generated, ad spend managed, ROAS, watch time. Vanity metrics without context will not impress us.
- A mock content idea, thumbnail, or 30-second concept for one of our industries (mental health, medical tourism, equine therapy, or wellness). You do not need to be perfect. You need to show you can think.

How to Apply (Read Carefully)
Applications without an audio file will be ignored. No exceptions.
Record an audio application, upload it to Google Drive, and include the link in your written application. In the audio, answer all of the following:
Your digital marketing and social media experience, with specifics and numbers.
YouTube channels you have worked on, your role, and what happened to the channel.
Your design and video editing tools, and your comfort level with each.
Your SEO and paid ads experience, with platforms and results.
How you handle work across multiple brands without things slipping.
A time you used data to change a marketing decision.
Any admin or virtual assistant experience.
Cold calling or outbound experience.
Confirmation you can work the graveyard shift.
Your home situation and any responsibilities that affect your work.
Your office setup, internet speed, computer, and headphones.
Distractions in your home (children, pets, family).
Whether you can start immediately full-time.
Whether the ?20,000–?35,000/month range works for you.
