Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager who thrives in an agency environment and knows how to generate consistent results across different client accounts. This role requires someone who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, adapt quickly to different industries, and build scalable lead generation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta
Develop tailored lead generation strategies based on each client’s goals, industry, and target audience
Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (cold traffic, retargeting, nurturing, and conversion)
Handle various campaign types including lead forms, website conversions, messaging campaigns, and remarketing
Conduct audience research and create custom and lookalike audiences for different client profiles
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily to hit client KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
Run ongoing A/B tests on creatives, copy, and funnels to improve performance
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, account managers) to produce high-performing ads
Set up and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event tracking) across client accounts
Prepare clear, concise performance reports and communicate results to clients or internal teams
Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns for multiple clients (agency experience strongly preferred)
Strong track record in lead generation across different industries
Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, buyer psychology, and conversion optimization
Strong analytical skills and confidence in making data-driven decisions
Experience with CRM systems, landing page builders, and automation tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with service-based businesses, local businesses, or high-ticket offers
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Google Analytics
Basic copywriting or creative strategy skills
