We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment and construction company completing 70+ single-family home renovations per year. Our projects range from full gut rehabs to light renovations, landscaping, and punch-out work.
We operate at high volume, move quickly, and expect strong execution. Our goal is to build a world-class construction operation powered by elite remote talent.
The Role
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager / Hiring Manager / Operations Manager to take ownership of our contractor network and project execution.
This is not a beginner role. You will be responsible for building and managing an entire construction ecosystem remotely.
You will:
• Source, vet, and hire contractors across multiple trades
• Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at high quality
• Coordinate materials, timelines, and communication across all parties
Key Responsibilities
Contractor Sourcing & Hiring
• Find contractors
• Vet contractors (pricing, experience, reliability, capacity)
• Build long-term relationships with top performers
• Maintain a strong bench of crews across all trades
Project Management
• Oversee full house renovations from start to finish
• Manage:
o Drywall
o Painting
o Flooring
o Landscaping
o Cleanouts / junk removal
o Punch-out lists
• Track timelines and hold contractors accountable
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Materials & Logistics
• Order materials from Home Depot and other vendors
• Coordinate deliveries to job sites
• Ensure contractors have what they need to perform efficiently
• Optimize material costs and sourcing
Operations & Systems
• Build and improve systems for:
o Job tracking
o Contractor performance
o Cost control
• Manage multiple projects at scale (10+ active jobs at once)
• Communicate daily updates to leadership
Who We’re Looking For (Avatar)
You are:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator (English fluency required)
• Experienced in construction project management
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
• A problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
• Results-driven (you care about speed, cost, and quality)
Bonus if you:
• Have worked with U.S. construction or real estate investors
• Have experience managing remote construction teams
• Understand renovation scopes and pricing
• Have used tools like CRMs, project management software, or spreadsheets
