Job Title: Virtual Patient Liaison / Coordinator (Philippines – Remote, Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Virtual Patient Liaison / Coordinator based in the Philippines to join our team. This is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week), working UK hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, UK time).
This is a critical position within our operations and cannot be combined with other jobs or responsibilities. Full commitment and availability during working hours are essential, as the role supports our call centre and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for patients and staff
Provide call centre support, handling inbound and outbound communications
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient queries
Maintain accurate records and generate reports
Support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth communication across teams
Participate in regular tea
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – essential
Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or coordination roles
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with software tools such as:
Freshdesk (or similar ticketing systems)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Comfortable working with productivity monitoring software (consent required)
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup
Fully available during UK working hours with no conflicting commitments
Working Conditions
Full-time remote role (40 hours per week minimum)
Fixed schedule aligned with UK business hours
Ongoing communication with the UK-based team throughout the day
Initial 1-day trial period to assess suitability
Upon successful completion, a formal employment contract will be offered
Salary: $500 per month
Payments made monthly via Payoneer or another agreed payment platform
