Catalog & Listing Management
• Create, upload, and maintain product listings across Amazon US, Amazon India, Walmart US, and Shopify.
• Ensure accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, category mapping, and attributes on every SKU.
• Set up and maintain variation families (size, colour, pack) correctly — no broken parent-child relationships.
• Monitor and resolve suppressed listings, listing errors, and category/attribute inconsistencies daily.
• Follow Salt Earth's SKU naming convention consistently across all platforms.
Review Management & Customer Experience
• Monitor product reviews daily across all platforms — no review goes unread for more than 24 hours.
• Respond to customer reviews and buyer messages within defined TAT, holding brand tone throughout.
• Handle negative feedback professionally — acknowledge, resolve, and document every case.
• Escalate recurring complaints or critical issues to the right internal team with clear evidence.
Review Growth & Reputation Building (Key Differentiator)
• Actively drive review volume and average rating improvement — this is a primary output of the role.
• Execute Amazon Request-a-Review on every eligible order; track weekly execution rate.
• Run platform-compliant follow-ups and insert-driven review programs — no policy violations, ever.
• Coordinate with the team on packaging inserts, thank-you cards, and post-purchase touchpoints.
• Track and grow user-generated content — customer photos and videos on listings and social.
Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution
• Respond to buyer queries across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify with a consistent brand voice.
• Identify patterns in complaints and surface them to Product, Quality, and Catalog teams.
• Partner with internal teams to fix root causes, not just symptoms.
• Maintain a clean log of issues, resolutions, and recurring themes for monthly review.
Content & Listing Optimization
• Flag listings that need better images, A+ content, descriptions, or FAQs based on performance and feedback.
• Brief the design team on listing creatives and content updates with clear requirements.
• Audit top SKUs monthly and push continuous improvements to lift conversion.
• Keep listings aligned with current keyword strategy and competitor positioning.
Platform Issue Handling & Compliance
• File and manage cases for listing suspensions, IP complaints, category issues, and compliance flags.
• Track every case to closure — no open tickets older than the platform's SLA.
• Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines, textile labeling rules, and brand standards.
• Maintain a compliance log and proactively flag risk before it becomes a suspension.
