Title

Remote Virtual Assistant (Medical Aesthetics / Lead Generation Focus)

Overview

Divine Rejuvenation is a growing NP-led medical aesthetics clinic based in California, specializing in injectables, weight loss, and wellness services.

We are seeking a high-performing Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, marketing execution, website updates, and backend organization.

This is not a basic admin role.
We are looking for someone who can execute, produce results, and help grow the business.

Primary Objective
Increase bookings, visibility, and revenue while supporting backend organization and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Marketing (Top Priority)
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
Weekly posts (2–3)
Upload services and photos
Assist with review generation
Manage Instagram business account
3–5 posts per week
Story posting during promotions
Educational + promotional content
Assist with campaign execution:
Botox, filler, IV therapy, weight loss promotions
Ensure booking links and client flow are functioning

Website Management
Update website using Wix:
Services, pricing, and offers
Create and optimize landing pages
Perform basic SEO updates (titles, descriptions)

Systems & Organization
Organize digital files, documents, and workflows
Upload and manage forms within Aesthetic Record (or similar systems)
Ensure backend systems are clean and functional

Client Communication Support
Respond to inquiries (non-clinical only)
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Direct clinical questions to provider

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
Experience working with:
Med spa, aesthetics, or healthcare businesses (preferred)
Social media marketing (Instagram)
Google Business Profile optimization
Website platforms (Wix preferred)
Strong written English communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Hours & Compensation
Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
Remote
Compensation based on experience
Opportunity for long-term role with growth

Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Within the first 30–60 days:
Consistent weekly content posting
Improved Google Business presence
Increase in client inquiries/bookings
Organized backend systems- including Website optimization
