JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We are looking for a hungry, resilient, and highly articulate Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. Your primary goal will be to generate new business leads and book qualified appointments for our agency by reaching out to UK-based businesses.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, pitching our web design, app development, and SEO services. Because you will be speaking directly with UK business owners and decision-makers, a neutral accent, exceptional English, and a confident phone manner are absolutely essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients in the UK who could benefit from a new website, app, or improved SEO.
• Cold Calling & Emailing: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to introduce Dorset Tech's services.
• Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to qualify prospects based on their budget, timeline, and technical needs.
• Appointment Setting: Book qualified discovery calls and consultations for our senior team to close (or, if you have the experience, close them yourself).
• CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of all calls, emails, and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Requirements
• B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital agency space.
• Exceptional English: Flawless spoken and written English with a neutral or easily understood accent. You must be comfortable navigating conversations with UK business owners.
• Resilience: You must be comfortable with rejection and possess the drive to keep dialing and following up.
• Tech-Savvy: A basic understanding of web design (WordPress), SEO, and app development so you can speak credibly about our services.
• Availability: Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM UK time (which is 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Philippines), Monday through Friday.
