MARKETING & CONTENT COORDINATOR
Confidential — Luxury Residential Construction Company (Los Angeles, CA)
About Us
We are a family-owned luxury custom home builder based in Los Angeles, California. We build high-end homes in some of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city, with project values in the $1M–$3M+ range. We are growing fast — we currently have multiple active builds and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
We treat our team like family, we pay fairly, and we reward performance with bonuses. The right person here will grow with us for years — this is a long-term role, not a short-term gig.
The Role
You will be our Marketing & Content Coordinator — the brand engine for our company. You will own the day-to-day execution of our content marketing across every platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, our
You will work closely with our outside content partner (who handles photography, videography, and Meta ads) and the CEO. Your job is to make sure every piece of content we produce gets maximally repurposed, properly captioned in our voice, scheduled, posted, and converted into pipeline.
This is an execution-heavy role, not a creative-strategy role. The strategy is set with the CEO. You execute relentlessly.
A signed NDA will be required before onboarding.
Work Schedule
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday (40 hours/week, with a 1-hour unpaid break)
For you in the Philippines: approximately 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM the following day (Manila time)
Why this schedule: You will be coordinating with our US-based content partner, monitoring social media engagement during US peak hours, and engaging with leads in real time.
Live overlap: Full overlap with our team and content partner in California during their workday.
This schedule is non-negotiable. We need someone whose body clock can adapt to a true overnight Manila shift long-term — please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.

Caption Writing & Voice
Write every caption in the CEO's voice (we will train you on this — expect heavy revisions in the first 2 weeks)

Always include relevant hashtags, location tags, and CTAs

Requirements
3+ years social media or content marketing experience. You must have prior experience managing brand social accounts. Tell us specifically what brands or industries you've worked with.
Strong portfolio of social content. Provide links to social accounts you've personally managed or content you've produced. We will evaluate your taste and execution.
Video editing fluency. You must be comfortable with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Descript, or similar tools to chop long-form video into short-form social content.
Excellent written English. Your captions will represent our brand to thousands of luxury prospects. Your writing must be sharp, native-fluent, and adapt to multiple platform tones. We will test this in the interview.
Design eye. While you're not designing from scratch, you should have a strong sense of luxury aesthetics — what reads as high-end vs. what reads as cheap.
Tech fluency. All major social platforms, Buffer/Later/Metricool, CapCut/Premiere/Descript, Canva, Google Drive, Google Sheets,
Detail orientation. Typos in captions, wrong tags, broken links — all kill the brand. Mistakes are not acceptable.
Discretion. You will see our marketing strategy, client information, and project data. NDA required.
Reliable workspace. Stable high-speed internet, backup power, quiet workspace, working webcam, modern computer.
Schedule commitment. You must be able to consistently work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (overnight in Manila) long-term. Confirm in your application that this works for you.
Available immediately. We are hiring for an immediate start.

Background in journalism, copywriting, or branding
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to produce content faster

Long-term, stable role with a rapidly growing company
Real career growth — as our brand scales, this role grows into a Marketing Director position
Direct mentorship from the CEO
A respectful, family-owned culture that treats remote tea
How to Apply
To be considered, your application must include all of the following:
A short paragraph explaining why this role fits you and why you can handle the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST schedule (overnight in Manila) long-term
Links to 2–3 social media accounts you have personally managed (or content you've personally produced) — we want to see your work, not your resume
A list of brands or companies you have done social/content work for, the industry, and your specific role
A sample Instagram caption you would write for this hypothetical post: a behind-the-scenes video of a framing crew working on a $2.5M Pacific Palisades custom home. Write the caption in a confident, founder-driven voice — not corporate.
A short paragraph describing one social campaign you ran that you're most proud of and the results
Confirmation that you understand the schedule and can commit to it long-term
Your expected hourly rate in USD
Applications missing any of the above — especially the sample caption — will not be reviewed. The caption IS the test. Anyone can list software they know. The caption shows us your taste, voice, and brand judgment.
We look forward to meeting you and growing together.
