We operate a product called WrenchFlow, a shop management app for independent auto repair shops. It is Software as a Service. When new users sign up for a free 14-day trial, most of them don't come back to the product enough to convert to paid. Your job is to fix that with our scripts. We provide automated training and have created a personal CRM for you to use along with Google Voice for the qualified leads.
This is an Activation Specialist Success role not sales, not support. The trial is already started. You're the human layer that calls new signups, walks them through onboarding, and gets them to send their first real invoice through the app after onboarding. That's the one metric that matters.
What You'll Do
Primarily outbound calls to warm leads and send SMS occasionally during calls to new WrenchFlow trial users (US-based auto shop owners)
Follow a structured 14-day, 7-call campaign per user based on where they are in the product
Check user activity data before every call to run the right script for each situation
Handle common objections — "I'm busy," "just
Log every call outcome in our CRM (state, script used, callback time, next action)
Send follow-up SMS within 60 seconds of every call
Do technical support or troubleshoot bugs, only log the compliants
Make up information — if you don't know, you log it and escalate
Calls must happen during US business hours
Requirements
Clear, confident spoken English — American phone voice is a must
Experience making outbound calls (customer service, sales, appointment setting, or similar)
Comfortable following structured scripts and adapting in real time
Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment
Record a 60-second voice memo reading this script out loud in a natural, professional phone voice and attach it to your application with your resume.
