JOB OVERVIEW

Please read this carefully.

We are a growing digital marketing company in need of another webdev / web designer. Almost everything we have is WordPress. PLEASE READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY. Lots of important info, if you want a shot at this one I CAN SEE A MILE AWAY if you did not read this whole ad. I will get 150 responses to this job post, so if you want my attention, follow directions.

1) We do not respond to anyone who uses less than 5 apply points (so you have to really be committed)
2) We get dozens of responses so please make sure you read every word.
3) In order to work for us, you will have to fill out paperwork that says who you are, where you live, and provide a photo ID. We take you as seriously as we take hiring someone locally. We do not hire ghosts. But, we also treat ALL our employees like family, once they have earned our trust.
4) We want employees who are loyal and committed to our cause and to our company. If you can do that, the rewards will be significant. If you just want to turn screws and never really think about what you are doing, then this is not the job for you.

We are an Elementor shop, so you should know that builder really well.

We build sites for our clients, plus we own at least 200 sites.

An understanding of the basics of SEO (particularly on-page) is a huge plus, too.

Graphics experience is a big plus, and so is a creative design eye. (We love to hear new ideas from our tea ---------- mbers.)

You have to be able to work under pressure! Our company is growing and we need team players who do more than what they are asked, we want people to add value with their brains, too. We don't want someone who sits in a corner and just tightens screws as they float by. We want someone to do the work, but who always asks the question "how can we do this better?" and "how can I improve myself".

We are very loyal to our employees and we are generous when we have a big WIN. What YOU DO will have a DIRECT effect on your future pay increases.
