JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a full-service Amazon agency looking for a Website Designer / Website Operations Specialist to manage, update, and improve our website presence.

You will be responsible for maintaining our websites, creating and updating pages, improving site layout/design, implementing content updates, and ensuring our web presence stays modern, professional, and conversion-focused.

Responsibilities
Design and update website pages and layouts
Maintain and manage website content
Improve website user experience and navigation
Create landing pages for services and campaigns
Optimize websites for desktop and mobile responsiveness
Upload and format content, graphics, and media
Coordinate website updates and improvements
Troubleshoot website issues and bugs
Ensure websites remain visually polished and functional
Implement basic on-page SEO best practices
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
Prior professional website design and management experience
Experience with platforms such as:
WordPress
Shopify
Webflow
Elementor or similar builders
Strong understanding of modern web design principles
Experience with responsive/mobile-first design
Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices
Ability to independently manage and organize website projects
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience with conversion-focused landing pages
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
Experience with Google Analytics/Search Console
Graphic design experience
Experience working with agencies or ecommerce brands
