About the Role
Hobby Vault is looking for a switched on, detail focused eCommerce & Digital Coordinator to join our team on a full time remote contract basis from the Philippines. You will be the engine room behind our online store, keeping our Shopify site fresh, our products accurate, and our marketing channels active. If you love online retail, live and breathe product listings, and enjoy seeing a well organised site and content calendar come together, you will fit right in.

We live on our Shopify site, our SAP product catalogue, and a steady rhythm of email and social content that keeps our customers informed and excited. As we grow, we need a reliable teammate who can own the day to day of our online presence.

What You’ll Do:

Shopify & Site Management
On-Page SEO
SAP Product Management

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Marketing Coordination
Reporting & Data
Social & Video Publishing: Schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage uploads, tagging, thumbnails, and maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with campaigns.

What You Bring:

Shopify experience (products, collections, discounts)
Klaviyo (campaigns + flows)
Asana for task management
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Social/content scheduling (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube)
Good written English + attention to detail
Basic on-page SEO knowledge
Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Nice to Have:

SAP experience
eCommerce merchandising background
Basic design (Canva/Photoshop)
Shopify or Google Analytics familiarity
