About the Role:
We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and automating routine business tasks. This is a long-term position with room to grow.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay
Handle product listings, inventory, orders, and customer messages across all platforms
Automate routine tasks using Google Apps Script, Zapier, or Make
Build and maintain Google Sheets reports and dashboards
Organize Google Drive and create/maintain SOPs for recurring processes
Monitor platform health and flag issues proactively
Requirements:
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay
Proficient in Google Apps Script or other automation tools
Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Fluent English speaker — must be able to communicate confidently and clearly in spoken and written English
Self-managed, reliable, and proactive
Nice to Have:
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DSM Tool
Basic JavaScript or HTML knowledge
Familiarity with API integrations or no-code tools
