JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-scaling eCommerce brand in the health space building multiple AI-driven personal brands across social media.

Our goal is simple:
Create viral AI content at scale
Drive traffic through affiliate links
Build an “army” of content accounts

This is only one example. Your job will be to find many similar pages, follow them from a separate research account, study their hooks/scripts/video structures, and use them as inspiration to create original AI avatar videos for our brand.

If you understand how viral content works and know how to use AI tools to produce content FAST — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is NOT a normal video editing job.

You will:

Create AI avatar videos from scratch daily
Use tools like Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Arcads, Claude, etc.
Write scripts using AI (Claude/ChatGPT) based on winning content
Study viral pages and replicate what’s already working
Post multiple times per day across:
TikTok
Instagram Reels

Facebook
YouTube Shorts
Manage and grow multiple social media accounts
Continuously test, improve, and scale winning content

You will also:

Follow competitor accounts
Engage with them
Save winning videos
Recreate them with our product + branding
The Type of Content We Want

We are building AI personal brands similar to pages like:
“Spiritual / storytelling / health / authority-style” content
AI avatars talking + strong hooks + emotional storytelling

Your job is to:
Find what’s working
Recreate it
Make it better
Scale it

Daily Output Expectations
Minimum 3-5 videos per day
Fast turnaround (speed matters more than perfection)
Consistent posting schedule

This is a volume + performance role

Required Skills (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE)
Experience with AI video tools:
Higgsfield
ElevenLabs
Arcads / HeyGen / similar
Strong short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Ability to identify viral content patterns
Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts
Can work independently without constant guidance
FAST execution
Compensation
