JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and creative assistant to help create engaging social media content for our growing real estate platform. Our website focuses on the real estate, tiny homes, small homes and the ADU industry.

We are seeking someone who can create content that is informative, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand. **Previous experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred**, especially if you have experience creating content related to housing, development, construction, home services, or property trends.

If you are able to assist with email marketing, that would be helpful as well.

## Responsibilities
- Create social media posts for platforms such as:
- Instagram / Tik Tok
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- X / Twitter

- Write clear, engaging captions tailored to our audience
- Design simple branded graphics or coordinate visuals for posts
- Turn website content, blog articles, and industry information into social media content
(Use of AI will be a must for some of these tasks).

- Research relevant topics and trends related to:
- ADUs and Tiny Homes
- Real estate
- housing trends
- home improvement
- construction and development
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Suggest content ideas that educate consumers and promote vendor services

## Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating social media content for businesses
- Has strong writing and communication skills
- Can create professional, polished, and informative posts
- Understands how to make real estate or industry-specific content engaging
- Is organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
- Can work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
-Can create content and schedule posts that we will review before it posts.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, property marketing, home services, construction, or a related industry
- Experience using post scheduling tools such as:
- Canva
- Buffer
- Hootsuite
- Meta Business Suite
- Later
- Basic knowledge of branding and social media strategy
- Experience repurposing blog or website content into social media posts
-Using AI to generate images to our specifications ( we will provide the tools/credits, but you must know how to use use prompts)

## Scope of Work - 20-30 hours per week to start.

- Ongoing virtual assistant support for social media content creation
- Estimated hours: work time is flexible - you pick- part-time 4-6 hours per day to start
- Project may include weekly or monthly content batches
-Excellent potential for long-term / full time work with the right candidate
