JOB OVERVIEW

AI Image Generator for 8-Figure Supplement Brand

We run heavy Meta ad spend and need someone who can pump out native-style images for our Facebook ads at volume.

The Style We Need:

We make Facebook ads that look like real social media posts, NOT polished ads. Think candid phone photos, real-looking people, raw and unedited. The kind of image that makes you stop scrolling because it looks like something a friend posted, not a brand.

Study these images carefully before applying. If you can't replicate this style, this role isn't for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Generating native-style images using Higgsfield (this is the only tool we use)
- Sourcing reference images from Facebook ad libraries, Reddit, Pinterest
- Creating consistent characters (same fake "doctor" or "patient" across multiple ads)
- Building organized asset libraries on Google Drive
- Light Photoshop work for cleanup and compositing

The Pay

$300/month base + performance bonuses based on volume and quality. Top performers can hit $ ---------- +/month.

Who We Want

- Proficient with Higgsfield / Fal.ai
- Can produce native, candid-style images (NOT polished AI-looking ones)
- Skilled at finding reference images in Facebook groups and ---------- , THEN TRANSFORMING USING AI
- Basic Photoshop or Canva
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week
- Can output 30+ usable images per day
- Self-starter

Who We Don't Want

- Beginners
- Artists whose portfolio is fantasy art, anime, or polished product shots
- Part-timers juggling other clients

The Work Environment

We don't micromanage. As long as you deliver on time and the quality matches our style, you work how you want. But that freedom comes with responsibility. If you can't deliver without supervision, this isn't for you.
